Critical Reflection

A good learning journey is to learn from your own mistakes. Writing skills have always been a hinder to my daily written. Even though writing skills are not of my proficiency, I would still make it a point to write down the idea that I would want to deliver through. By doing so, I could read the sentence repeatedly and make the necessary amendments. However, I may not spot the mistakes in my sentence as revised sentence may sound error-free but the is some sentence structure fragments. Therefore, after trying to correct the mistakes I wrote, will then seek help from my team members for any advice on changes after their reading the rephrased sentences.  While focusing on the writing skills, I realized how grateful I am towards my team member for giving me the guidance and correcting the necessary sentences or phrase. III. Background Trolleys are operated significantly on integrity and responsibility of users. However, shoppers have been abusing the use of trolley by pushing it home for their own convenience. After usage, they simply abandoned it underneath the void decks and along the pathways as shown from photo that are being circulated online (See Figure 1a & 1b). Despite the constant efforts to tackle this issue, the amount of stolen trolleys remain consistent over the years. In 2016, FairPrice lost 1,000 trolleys that cost approximately S$200 each. Analytical Reflection

I felt that during the mock oral presentation, I was not well prepared and could have done better. Adequate preparations boost the confidence of delivering the information to the targeted audience. It is the learning process of better understanding the information that my teammates and I had worked on and putting all the information together into a short 15 to 20 minutes oral presentation. Small details such as the attire of the presenter are the first impression given to the audience. Presenting professionally with appropriate gestures delivering the presentation to the audience shows the confidence in the proposed purpose of the delivery. Grabbing of the audience attention is equally important, as the main purpose is for them to know more about the proposed solution and how it will benefit them and the public.
